Salmon Quiche 4

Ingredients

Directions

Preheat oven to 325° F.

Grease a quiche or pie pan

Drain the salmon

Save the liquid and add water to make 1/2 cup

Flake the salmon, removing skin and bones

Mix salmon liquid with eggs, sour cream, and mayonnaise

Stir in salmon, cheese, onion, and dill and pour into the baking pan

Sprinkle the almonds on top

Bake for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is firm in the center.
